"It kinda reminds me of what Will was saying earlier. Do You think he's from Meridian too?"OCC: Ah! I forgot. I edited my post above.

I don't know. He always seemed so normal, until today that is. I wish we could find out for sure.
Taranee looked around and saw that most of the other students were off in thier own worlds and not paying attention to this "collins"
I don't think that anyone else has noticed...

"Alright, people." Cedric said. He could feel uneasiness in the air, so obviously he wasn't acting like the real Collins. No kidding. The real Collins probably doesn't try to temp people with his hairy chest. So he decided to step back. "You'll have to forgive me, I don't feel too well today... Must be something I ate. So why don't you open your books and read about the second and third civil wars and their influence to the English Church." After that, he sat down on his chair and looked up. Strange... no matter how much he hated using disguises, Cedric always ended up using them anyway. What if the real Collins will free himself sooner than wanted? If only Elyon was here... "No talking!" Cedric said strictly, because some of the students started taking advantage of his seemingly miserable state. "You don't want to make me angry."

Then Cedric reluctantly stood up and started walking among the students, sometimes stopping to say a thing or two - it would have been strange if Collins would only be paying attention to three girls. And, since they had quite a special connection, he didn't want to make them suspicious. Too late for that, dear boy. Cedric's mind told him You already stepped over the line. Well, he could still fix things. Wiping his face with a handkerchief would have helped, so he did that. To make things even more realistic, he came up with a 'special history contest for the smartest' and started inviting people to it. Whatever. It's not like he's gonna be the one to explain to the students that it was just a big joke. While pretending, Cedric kept planning ahead. After the lesson is over, then what? Will he just let them go? But what else could he do? I didn't come here for them anyway. Cedric's mind interrupted him again. My target is Will. But will Will have history lessons today? Who knows? Maybe he shouldn't have impersonated Collins. But it was too late to change that now, so he went back to his desk.

I dunno, Taranee. Are you getting a creepy vibe off of him too?"
Then, suddenly, Irma remembered that Will told them to tell Hay Lin about yesterday's happenings.
Irma shot a telapathic message to Hay Lin.
"Hey, Hay! Why were you late this morning? We tried waiting for you but the bell rang. Anyways, outside Will was telling us about this creepy man who was watching her yesterday. He climbed up 20 stories up to her bedroom window. Crazy right? We think he's from Meridian. Oh, and yesterday when I was taking out the trash I saw these glowing eyes looking at me. Have you seen anything weird lately?"

I'm really sorry! I overslept. Total panic moment when I showed up at school and realized everyone was already in class. Hay Lin's eyes roved over the page of the textbook they were supposed to be reading without absorbing much of the information. Seriously, this class was a little freaky today, and she knew it wasn't the extra almond cookies she'd been eating last night causing bad dreams. She'd already tried pinching herself in the arm. Besides being in Weird History Teachers 101? No. It's been fairly quiet since we pulled that all-nighter. How about you Taranee?

Cedric felt an unusual force - well, unusual in Heatherfield at least. Someone was obviously using magic nearby. It could have been one of the other two guardians, but the feeling was different. There were different kinds of magic and it wasn't the granted-for-nothing kind of one.
Yeah, it's the granted-just-for-being-the-light-of-meridian kind of one. Cedric thought moodily. That means Elyon's close. While he knew that eventually she'd find him and understand that he's Cedric and not Collins, he still wanted to do this alone. To him, it was a task, but to Elyon it was revenge. Or something close to that. I just hope she won't do anything stupid. "Alright, students." He jumped up. Elyon's presence nearby left him unable to just sit around. "I think that was enough time. Edwards, what can you tell us about the second civil war?" While talking to students, he found out some of their names and now had to question them as well - it would have been too suspicious if he would have only paid attention to the girls. Especially after his remarks about mustaches. This particular Edwards didn't look too bright, that's why Cedric chose him. He knew that the guy won't answer the question and so eventually he'll end up questioning the guardians again. "N-nothing, sir." the guy said. "I didn't read it yet." "You've had plenty of time, Edwards." 'Collins' smirked. "You know what happens to those who don't pay attention during my lessons?" "Um... No." Neither do I. Cedric thought. "Well, nothing good. But anyway, perhaps... miss Lin, perhaps you know the answer?"

Wha oh! That was her name being called up to the chopping block. And she definitely hadn't been reading the textbook too closely, absorbed in a telepathic conversation with the other two. Time to bluff, stall, and beg for Taranee's help. If anyone had absorbed the information quick enough, it was Tara. "Well, in the second civil war," Hay Lin began, breaking into a fake cough to stall for time. Taranee? Please help me! I definitely didn't have enough time to get in an entire war. There had been a few bold points she had been able to pick up on. "It was in the sixteen hundreds." She was sort of grasping at straws.

"No kidding." 'Collins' said. "Anything else?" He tried to contact Elyon telepathically and tell her to stop using magic, before the guardians get suspicious, but obviously, he couldn't do that without using magic himself. We should have planned this together.

I haven't experienced anything weird...other then this...Sorry Hay Lin there is no such thing as the second civil war. Something's wrong here because this guy cannot be Collins. He's making things up.
Taranee looked up at the clock, releaved to see that there were only a few minutes left in class. If only the guardians could make it though the class they could get away from who ever this was and then form some sort of plan.

"Alright." 'Collins lowered his head. "I guess I'll do the right thing and save you from simply repeating what I just told you to read. We have no time for spacing out anyway." He grabbed the history book from his desk and raised it to the air. "It's all here, in this book." He smiled sadly. "It says that after the first civil war, there were three different forces working in England - Royalists, the Parliament and the New Model Army, which held the king captive, since they weren't completely against him. At that time, no one was thinking about decapitating the king - at least not yet. So there was a war, which begun in... 1648. There were, of course many glorious battles. But everything ended when the Scots betrayed the kind and fled the battlefield, leaving him in the hands of the Parliament. Of course, Charles tried to escape, but unsuccessfully. He was brought to London and beheaded... in 1649. There you have it." Cedric threw the book down. He came here for Will, to kill her, to paint everything around in her blood and then mop the floor with her remains. He didn't come here to teach anyone. Why was he always pretending? Cedric knew that eventually he won't be able to keep it up anymore. Vathek was right, there was no honor in this. No gain either. Just an hour of wasted time - time that won't ever come back. His hatred for these people, these 'guardians', burned anew and Cedric turned away from the class. "That's enough for today." He said, trying to control his trembling voice. "I'm not feeling well." Maybe we should just go back. Back to the bookshop, to forget everything. We'll eat a burger or two and laugh, watching these... people hurrying to their jobs. We'll talk about when we first met. We'll do our best to make each other happy, even if it'll ruin everything. Shut the hell up. The stronger part of him said. And just do what you're supposed to do.

BRRRRRIIIING
The students left the classroom leaving proffessor Collins, or rather, lord Cedric by himself for just a few minutes.
[enter: Elyon from principal Knickerbocker's office]
Elyon took the oppurtunity to have her quick word with the big snake. She waited all morning for the chance after all. "Hello there!" She greeted, still invisible to the naked eye. But she knew Cedric could sense her, much in the same way as she could sense him. "I have been looking all over for you!"

"Elyon!" Cedric greeted her. "How nice it is to see you... Or not to see you. Well, you understand." He gathered all of Collins' books and papers. It would be for the best to talk in a safer place, with no one around. If someone would walk in and see him talking to himself... and if it would have been one of the guardians, he wouldn't have been able to continue disguising as Collins anymore. "Sorry I didn't get back to the bookstore yesterday - or at least today in the morning." Cedric apologized. "I just... went on an unexpected date with Will - or something like that. Anyways, we should find a safer place to talk."

"Okay. But we'll have to make it quick." Elyon nodded, even though Cedric probably couldn't see it anyway. "Both of our scedules are very tight, it seems..."
