[Enter: Guardians and Rebels from Outer Walls]
*Will stepped through the portal and could instantly smell the saltiness in the air. They had ended up in the Heatherfield Bay and Will could almost smile as she felt the cool water tossing softly into the breeze. It was pretty cold, but even saying that there were a few rebels who were laughing in delight and throwing water up at themselves.*
*She looked to the side and smiled at Irma, who would probably feel better near water and realized that she had unintentionally picked a good spot to land in Earth. Will looked up and she could see the stars and moon shine brightly in the night sky. Exactly how late was it? It felt like forever ago that Will had been waking up to her talking alarm clock and rushing for classes. They had to hurry up and get the rebels back to safety in Meridian so that they could go home. School was after all fast approaching*

Caleb goes to stand next to Cornelia. ___________ Aldar: *sets Irma on the beach, then looks at Drake* "You can set her down now." Drake: "Just because you were quick to ditch your guardian," *gently hugs Hay Lin closer* "It doesn't mean I have to do the same with mine." Aldar: "Put her down! That's an order!" Drake: "I've had enough of your orders for one day." He walks away with Hay Lin still snug in his arms. Aldar grabs for his sword.

OOC: Shifty, Cornelia doesn't have the power to heal quite yet...
"Hey!" Will yelled loudly. "Knock it off and put her down now."
Wow, some rebels sure are childish
*Will held her hand upward, wanting to waste no more time. The Heart sparked and a new portal opened. Will turned around and the old one disappeared with a swoosh and a zipping sound*
"Alright, let's find out if this place is safe."
*Will wasn't sure how this would work. Could she just poke her head into the portal to see where it landed in Meridian?*
Whoah, that would be so weird...

Hay Lin rolled her eyes. She wasn't some helpless little kid, if he wasn't going to put her down when Will said to she could just - "Air!" With that whisper, she took flight, having pulled in a breeze to carry her above the others. She was smiling for the moment, glad that they were all back in Heatherfield safe and sound. Well, not all of them. A lot of rebels had died, thanks to psycho-guard and the Larveks. She touched down next to Will, feeling the exhilaration of taking flight again leave her in a surge of exhaustion. It had been a really long night. "Maybe I should stay here and keep an eye on Irma?" she suggested, not wanting to sound like she was wimping out but afraid of getting stuck running around Meridian again. She didn't think she had enough energy left for a rematch with all of the creepy creatures that planet had to offer.

Drake: *glares at Will* "Who are you to order me around? You aren't even a rebel! If she wanted me to put her down, she'd..." Hay Lin flies away. Drake: Aldar: Drake: "Go stick that up your butt where it belongs!" He walks through the portal. Eager to leave the foreign environment, the four rebels (who were saved with Hay Lin) are quick to follow their general. [Drake & four rebels: Exit to Some Alley] Caleb: I think I'll need to separate those two from now on.He tries to stop the bleeding by wrapping his belt around his arm.

*Will sighed. There was just no helping those two*
"Yeah, that's a good idea. The rest of us will just go and make sure that those rebels don't kill themselves and then we'll head through the earlier portal."

Aldar: "You really think I should stick my tongue up my butt?"

Irma groaned from where she was lying and opened her eyes. She was so dizzy, and she hadn't even moved yet. She rolled over to her side and saw the ocean, and took a deep breath; breathing in its scent.

"Irma!" Seeing her friend finally showing some signs of life again, she jumped into the air and touched down next to her. While she wasn't really moving much, there were no signs of heavy bleeding, or...well, death. Her parents had forced her to take a bit of basic first aid training in case of any kitchen accidents around the restaurant. Unfortunately, unless they ran into a lot of overheated metal or small cuts from kitchen knives, it wasn't going to be too useful as a guardian. "Irma, are you okay?" Hay Lin asked, crouching down next to her. Unlike the other four, Irma was still in human form, having returned to normal after their encounter with the Larveks. But she really did seem like she'd recover, she'd moved slightly and was waking up. Her energy had been drained, that was all. Of course she would be fine. Of course...

"No." she muttered and continued "I feel like if someone has made me run 100 miles and then put me in a tumbler."

Hay Lin frowned slightly, then smiled down at Irma. "Well, you sure gave those Larvek things a good spin cycle. If you hadn't gotten through that web I'd have been bug food." She made a face at the thought, though she did her best to avoid dwelling on all of the rebels that hadn't made it out alive. It was very upsetting, yes, but that was why she'd rather not think about it. No one would be hurt if she blocked some unpleasant thoughts. "We're back in Heatherfield, somewhere near the ocean. The other three went to take the rebels back to Meridian." As she spoke, she glanced up at the humming portal, then back at Irma.

"They should be back soon then, hopefully." she said and sighed and looked at Hay Lin. "You know. I don't think I could have done what I did if you hadn't been threaten by those squishy things."

She smiled at her friend, tucking her legs in to sit on them while she was talking. "Yeah. It can't take too long to drop them off." Actually, it was taking a little too long as it was. It should've been a quick-drop off, right? They were probably just taking a short look around to gather more information about the layout of the city for the next time they went to evil-ville. "So I need to get almost eaten by creepy creatures for you to totally kick their...well, whatever it would be?" Hay Lin laughed a little. She was trying to put a cheery face on it, get Irma to smile because she looked so worn out. "But really, you were awesome out there."

She smiled faintly and said "So where you, regarding the situation." she yawned and continued "Shouldn't they be back already?" she asked.
