The area around the peaceful pond where ducks and fish swim freely

Day 11, friday. Somewhere in the morning.
Coming from the H.S.C. Elyon continued her short search for Cedric here. And as time passed, the risk of people seeing her kept increasing. But Elyon could somehow sense that wouldn't happen. Except for the girls, the interpol research team and maybe a few Sheffield students, everybody was too busy minding their own business to notice that a missing person was walking among them... And she hated them all for it. Everyone here was busy maintaining the illusion that nothing was going on and everything was happy.
The princess stopped by the pond for a moment. An old lady was busy feeding some crumbs to the ducks. Watching from a distance, Elyon could feel how her hatred faltered for a moment. But no! She reestablished that animosity as quickly as it had vanished. Just look at her, blissfully smiling and enjoying every bit of this fake world... It was irrational hatred. She had no other reason to hate this woman other than that she wanted to. To justify her forsaking of this whole world. Part of Elyon knew that but she refused to admit it or even feel conflicted about it.
She turned her attention on the ducks. She wanted to take away the lady's little pleasure in some way. Like chase the birds away or drop a brick in the pond. Maybe even influence the ducks magically to turn them aggressive and have them attack everything in sight... Anything that could satisfy her hatred would do... But Elyon didn't act. She just stood there and kept watching, like she used to months ago. She came up with one hateful thought after the other but didn't act on them. Was there still a trace of the old, happy, careless person she used to be left? Or did she know such petty grudges wouldn't satisfy her thirst for revenge? It was probably the latter, Elyon thought...

After a few minutes, Elyon suddenly looked up and around. That was odd... She felted a certain... sensation? It was the best word for it that came to mind. She looked around, trying to find the cause. But then she understood...
"Cedric..." she whispered. She sensed Cedric, shapeshifting just now. And it seemed to come from the general direction of... "Sheffield institute..." Her lips formed another smile, this time a real one. Everyone involved was piled up in the same place. So she decided to go to that same place as well...
[exit: Elyon to Sheffield Institute's School Courtyard]
