"Thanks a lot." Elyon said, smiling. "This place is huge, so I get lost easilly."
Slowly she opened the large doors, since Miranda already took care of the knocking part. Before she actually went in, she waved at her and said: "It's nice to have officially met you. I guess I'll see you around?"
"Thanks again!" Elyon called after Miranda, waving.
Judging from the tone in his voice, Phobos had already suspected she might've got lost on the way. Realising that here, in his pressence, in his throne hall, Elyon couldn't help but feel a bit silly, even if the palace was a true maze... "The hallways all look very alike." She said to Phobos with a nervous smile, needlessly trying to cover up on her screwup. "But now I'm here. So what did you needed me for?"
Phobos was about to open his mouth and speak, as another voice broke the silence instead. "Your highness!"
The throne hall's doors opened up again, after just a second of being closed, and in came a small, green-skinned man. He wore green-brown robes with a wide collar and the sleeves were decorated with a fine patern around their opening. His presumably bald head was covered by some sort of bandana. Around his eyes and chin, his skin was a slightly darker tone of green and his ears were rather pointy and prominent. He was short of posture, being almost a head shorter than Elyon herself, and even though he looked vaguely like a humanoid lizard, he looked very friendly as well. "Forgive my intrusion, your highness..." the little man started as he bowed down to his prince and princess. Elyon looked up puzzled at her brother, who visibly didn't like the interruption, but tolerated it for now. "... But I, Jink the tailor, urgently require the princess' assistance." "I disagreeistance?" Elyon asked. "For what?" "The ball is only minutes away..." master Jink continued "..and I have yet tot take your measurements for the gown you'll be wearing. Time is running short."
Indeed, time was running short. If the tailor had yet to start working on a suitable gown, it might be finished just in time if he would start on it immediatly. And for a grand occasion such as Phobos' royal ball, the rather informal-looking dress Cedric brought her that afternoon would stand out a lot, in the wrong way. Elyon back at Phobos again. After all, he is the prince and thus he would know best what to do...
Phobos quickly looked at his sister's questioning face, and he didn't even need to read her mind to know what she wanted to ask. "Fine. But make it quick." he grudgingly submitted to the tailor's wishes. "I'm sorry." Elyon said. "I'll be back as quick as I can!" "I shall work as quickly as I can muster, your highness!" Jink added. As the tailor and the princess left the throne hall in a hurry, the prince returned to his throne, absentmindedly waving the two away while they weren't looking. Yet another interruption delayed his conversation with his sister...

Phobos: "You may indeed. Cause if it fails..." *smirks evilly* "I will hold you personally responsible." *uses magic to make pictures of his plan play out in the green liquid* "You will arrange for Elyon to speak with the rebels who come to the ball. Let them discuss," *makes disgusted face* "Peace. She won't realize that her own eagerness will accidentally cause her to hypnotize them into fanatics that want nothing but peace. Then have Elyon leave. Tell the rebels the peace treaty will be signed at the mountains (since that thread could use some action ) tomorrow at 5pm, then go to Elyon & tell her the treaty will take place in the ballroom tomorrow at 5pm. You & any men you choose will paint Larvecks eggs to look like those from the peace bird & place them at the mountain so they can feast upon the rebels when they arrive." *liquid shows rebels screaming as they are eaten alive* "You are to watch from a distance. If there are any survivors, kill them & report the good news back to me. Am I understood?"
The green liquid returns to normal without images.
(It's basically the same plan as in Caleb's Challenge when Aldar wants to become the new rebel leader.)
Hay Lin followed Will to the door of the throne room, feeling thoroughly creeped out by the decor. If she'd thought everything else on this planet was a good representation of evil architecture, this castle really took the cake. As great as more cake sounded right now, they were really here because of Evil One and Evil Two holding a conference. "I'll do my best," she whispered, pushing her hair away from her ear and cupping her hand around it. Air carried sound waves, so she should be able to 'pull' some sound towards them without being noticed. After a moment, the plan of the evil Prince Phobos was right in her ear. She put her free hand over her mouth to prevent the gasp that threatened to escape as she realized what he was saying. A fake peace treaty? Definitely bad news.

[Enter: Vathek from Isolation Sells]
With his sight and, unfortunately, powers back to normal Vathek went to the throne room to report to Prince Phobos about his encounter with the guardians. He's in no hurry & is taking his time.
Vathek: How many times have I been defeated by those vermin? Three times? Four? Five? It's so many, I don't even remember. *looks at the ground* Master Phobos won't be pleased. _________ [several hours pass]
After purposely getting lost several times, he finally gets angry enough to over-come his fear & decides to face his punishment.
Vathek: Vathek do this! Vathek do that! If it isn't Prince Phobos bossing me around, it's Cedric. I'm sick of this! *punches a passing servant in the stomach, causing her to fall the ground* I want to give orders for a change! I want to be the boss! I'll show that over-grown snake a thing or two! After I face my punishment with dignity, I'll convince Prince Phobos to...! *hears footsteps & looks up to see five servants enter the open door to the throne room 100 feet away* Uh oh! The Dark Prince isn't going to like this. He hates when servants enter his throne room unsummoned. I better stop them!
He quickens his pace to a fast-walk. On his way into the throne, he kicks the two sleeping guards to wake them.
[Exit: Vathek to the Throne Room]
(This is the last post of his I can find. It is slightly modified, so please re-read it.)
[Enter: Vathek from Halls]
Will feels a rough tap on her shoulder.
Vathek (angry voice): "What are you five doing here?"
Phobos: *looks up & yawns* "..." It sure took him long enough to get here. *hears talk of servants* Servants in my throne room without being summoned!
*Will felt her heart stop as if her courage and the breath inside of her was pushed out of her at Vathek's voice. She tried to compose herself, lowering her hooded head like all of the other servants when faced with Phobos or his guards*
"We came to let Prince Phobos know that Elyon is ready," Will said gruffly. She stood up and faked a bow with bated breath as the others followed as she tried to walk away.
"We believe she is coming now, but we have to get some more things ready."
As Will saw the other four trying to follow her away from Vathek, all she could think of was that she was glad that there was a door between them and Phobos
