The frequent mentioning of bathing caused Phobos' believability to decrease, and thus Elyon had a feeling he was trying to pull a prank on her. This time, though, she was in too much of a good mood to get impatient with it...
"An execution?" Elyon repeated. "Tell me more!"

Phobos: *shrugs* "It's just a filthy rebel, nothing a little girl like you needs to worry about."Whisperers enter with 20 portable tables, each containing a feast fit for a king. Phobos: "Well it's about time." *sits at a table* "Don't just stand there looking like logs--your prince is sweating!"The whisperers get big leaves & begin fanning. Phobos eats lunch.

"Okay." Elyon replied coldly. "In that case, be sure to save me a seat, because I'll be there." Ignoring the present murmerers and their antics, the princess felt the urge to find a seat and sit down herself. She should make sure a servant would bring her one after lunch... "And the briefing! I'll be there too. I'd love to hear what you'll have to say."

Phobos: "What an excellent idea!" *points at some random whisperer standing around & doing nothing* "Go bring the servant for the briefing!"The whisperer leaves. Phobos eats a slice of pizza.

Elyon crossed her arms, as she walked toward the throne and claimed a spot at the right-hand side of the seat of power. Eating a slice of pizza... Phobos' air of power and authority melted away like the cheese on his little snack. For a moment, Elyon considdered hitting him on the head again, like what had happened during the ball... Maybe that would make the man come back to his senses and reestablish proper decorium...

The whisperer returns with a servant. Phobos: "How is the lock-down of the secret passage coming?"Servant: "W-what secret passage?" Phobos: "The one in the Servants' Corner."Servant: "There's no passage in the Servants' Corner." Phobos: *looks at Elyon* "How would you advise I proceed?"

Elyon rolled her eyes... He was just testing her, right? Just seeing if she would know a solution...
"Well, it's just one word against another right now. So the most logical thing to do would be to confirm either claim with proof." she looked at the servant with icy cold eyes, her dismissal of her prince's claims being a bit too quick and casual for her liking... "That means, if you're speaking the truth, we would find nothing similar to a secret passage if we were to comb the servant's corner from top to bottom, would we?"

Servant: *slight hesitation* "That is correct."

"Excellent!" Elyon exclaimed with a smirk. She turned to Phobos. "Then let's send in some soldiers to comb the servant's corner for secret passageways, shall we? If her claims are true, there's nothing to fear from a little investigation..."

Phobos: "That's such an excellent idea! I'm so glad you offered to lead the expedition."

"Aren't you?" Elyon replied. "Except... Secret passageways needing lock-down sounds like something regarding the rebellion... You know. The same one 'little girls like me shouldn't worry about'..." She glared for a moment, making it extra clear that she had no intention to lead any expedition at all... The princess wasn't planning on letting the prince get away with his diminishing remarks so easilly...

Phobos: "Well... If you enjoy my company that much, I suppose I could find someone else to do the job."

"Yes, I suppose you could." Elyon said, unmoved by her brother's words. Turning back to the servant, she continued: "No one is allowed into the servant's corner until the investigation is complete. We wouldn't want anyone getting into other people's way, would we?"
Before either Phobos or the servant could utter a reaction, Elyon already waved her away. "Next case, please."

Phobos whispers into a whisperers ear. It leaves. ________ Moments later, it returns with a guard.
Phobos: "Have you found Jarod yet?"
Guard Captain: "N-no, my lord--I haven't." *gets down on his knees & begs* "Please don't feed me to giant insects. I promise I'll work the men extra hard from now on. The traitor will be found within the hour. I promise."
Phobos thinks about how entertain it would be to watch the poor soul get eaten.

"The case is already closed." Elyon coldly replied, though she refused to explain further. "And even though I feel you're horribly misinformed about the case, I suppose you could get away with a warning today, because of..." she looked at Phobos for a moment, noticing how he turned away. "... circomstances..."
