When did Witch learn how to surf so well?
When did Cornelia learn how to swim? Last I remember she couldn't.

They probably didn't show the full story and skipped a load of things one would encounter in real life (Such as days where there's no need to get all WITCHy)
Though the Corny issue is something else. I think the creators might've forgotten the fact that Corny couldn't swim.

Plenty of them. Like in W... Why in the world did Mrs. Knickerbocker ask Irma what was the meaning of all that ruckus. If i were Irma, I'd reply: "How the heck should I know!?" rather than coming up with the skitt story.
