"Here stand back you guys. I think I can break through the wall." Cornelia replied confidently.
*The girls all stepped back as Cornelia attempted to break the wall apart. She closed her eyes and began to imagine the wall breaking. She focused all of her energy on the wall and threw her hands upon it. All of a sudden, the wall broke apart. BANG! The girls were all knocked down as rubble fron the wall flew everywhere and dirt clouded the room.*
*Cornelia squinted her eyes as she tried to get a better view what was behind the wall.*
"I- I think it's a door." Cornelia whispered after the dirt began to settle on the floor.
*Coughing, Cornelia stood up and slowly walked over to the door, not sure what she was supposed to expect.*

"Oh my gosh," Will whispered in awe as the girls slowly walked forward, past the rubble that was the wall.
*They had arrived in an enormous corridor room which was lighted by lanterns addorning the walls. A large, green, circular symbol was plastered beneathe their feet on the brick floor*
"What is this place?" Will asked.

*Taranee pulled herslef off the floor, ajusted her glasses and followed the girls into the mysterious room.*
"This is why you should never go into strange basements."

OOC: Pao Pao! Where are you?
*Will walked forward a little and frowned at all the walls*
"It's strange. I feel less light-headed as I go further into the room. Is it possible that a portal or the Seal is back in the house?"

!! Elyon saw how her friends wrecked a wall of her basement, only to discover yet another secret that was kept from her... As they vanished inside the new room, Elyon walked over to the entrance as well, immediatly feeling that typhical 'Meridian-vibe' after just a single glance...
But what to do?
She looked back at Cedric. Certainly he would know... His guidance never failed... "What should I do now, Cedric?" she asked...

Cedric felt like shrugging, but thought that he would seem too careless if he did. He sighed with uncertainty. "Elyon, I suggest to you two things: Either you walk away, or, if the guardians have really done so much harm to you, destroy them. After all, they were the ones who lied to you in the first place, right?"
Besides, this is a great opportunity for practice! He laughed at the thought. Why had he felt so cold and heartless right now? Why did he all of sudden stop caring? He had always cared about Elyon...
"Go on, Elyon," he nudged. "Hurt them as they did you." He smirked. The walls of the basement seem to influence him to mock Elyon with his thoughts. They were laughing with him. And all together they laughed at Elyon. Why?
The basement was so cold and lonely. It felt abandoned that's it's owners left it and scared at the sight of these sudden intruders. The walls, Cedric realized, were not laughing. They were crying. And the floor was sulking, while the ceiling only glazed at the sulking floor.
Cedric had been pulled into the ice box's angered mood. He closed his eyes and then stared Elyon's eyes. He saw that she was less angry when she looked at Cedric.
He looked deeper into them, and then...
His smirk disappeared. Elyon's eyes were so warm and innocent, they fought the basement's melancholic winds. Elyon's eyes seemed to speak louder than his own thoughts, and they said: "Do not worry, Cedric. You are not alone."

Elyon looked back into the new hallway, as ice formed on the surface of her eyes again. 'Destroy them'. Such a short command. Two little words, that contained such an awful desire. But she didn't mind.
'Destroy them!' Cedric said. The words echoing through her head a few times, reforming quickly into a different voice. 'You don't need them! Destroy them!' She was unconscious at that time, but the desire Phobos whispered into her ears then was brought back as Cedric recited it. 'Destroy them!' 'You don't need them!' 'Hurt them!' 'Destroy them!'
In retrospect, one could call Elyon crazy, and foolish. But just like that night near Aubrey, where she got rid of her 'parents', did her desire synchronize with that of Phobos, as well as Cedric. Their command becoming her wish... Their words becomming hers...
You don't need them! Elyon bit her lip as she gathered the courage to show herself to them... Hurt them! Elyon looked back at Cedric again for a moment, assuring herself that he would be here to support if she needed any. Destroy them! Elyon looked into the hall again, directly at the orange light that came from the torches, feeling how her anger started to flare up. Destroy them!!!
The flames in the lanterns suddenly grew and went berserk, before heavy indoor winds extinguished the wildfires and leaving the guardians in the dark completely. Elyon carefully took a step forward, this time not trying to conceal the sound. Her footstep echoed through the hall several times before fading into silence. She took another one! And another! Each step she took became surprsingly more easy than the previous one. Destroy them!!! Phobos and Cedric slowly faded into the background. Despite it being their command, Elyon started to hear herself say it inside her mind. Over and over again. Destroy them!!!

Destroy them!!! Cedric could almost hear Elyon's thoughts screaming the command. Her warmth and innocence disappeared. She's not innocent...
Her eyes were as ice cold as that of her brother's.
So Cedric plunged himself back into the darkness of the basement and smirked. "I am evil, after all."
He played his own sinful tone of voice over and over in his head, as if it were a dangerous song. He nearly threw himself against the wall with excitement. The killing starts now!!! He stared down with wintry sparks of ice in his heart.

"W-what's going on?" Will cried out in surprise as they were left in complete darkness as the lanterns crashed and all that was left to hear was the gentle shuffling of feet coming nearer and of their own beating hearts.
*Will lurched forward and she looked around dizzily. Something had just happened...something terrible. Will tried to look through the overpowering night, but her sixth sense was definitely telling her that something was wrong*
"Guys...Something from Meridian is near." she said as she gulped and found somebody's hand. The long polished fingernails told her that it was Cornelia, and Will whispered,
"We have to find a way out of here, quickly. Something bad is after us."
*Will didn't know how she knew that, but the words instantly came to her lips and she understood that they were true. She pulled on Cornelia's hand and she instantly grabbed Irma's, then Taranee's and Hay Lin's and they silently tried running away from the entrance to the basement*
I wonder if this is the right way? What are we getting into?

Suddenly, the footsteps stopped. Silence returned. At least, for a moment.
Elyon caught herself briefly smiling at herself. Were they afraid of her? "Girls?" she called. "Are you there?"

The voice does sound familiar...it's Elyon!
"Elyon?!" Will cried out in disbelief, and quite a bit of relief. "Oh my gosh, where are you? You've got to get out of here, there's something bad in this room." she called out into the dark

"Listen to Will Elyon you have to leave. We all have to leave."
*Taranee could feel her voice shaking. She wanted to get out of there more than anything*
